Personal Datas and Disclosure
1.1 By registering as a Member, you give your consent to the way we may handle your personal data, as described in this policy and in these Terms.
1.2 We reserve the right to communicate your personal information to any third party that makes a legally-compliant request for its disclosure. We may also disclose your personal information to one of our partners if you registered with us as a Member after clicking on a link on their website and you agreed that we could disclose such information to them. Otherwise, however, we will not disclose your name, address and other information which identifies you personally to any third party without your consent.
1.3 We reserve the right to collect general demographic and other anonymous information that does not personally identify you. This information is not associated with your personally identifiable information and cannot be linked to you personally.
Use of 'cookies'
2.1 A cookie is a small piece of information which is sent to the hard drive of your Device by a web server so that some information about your browsing activity can be collected. Other technology can also be used to collect that information without sending information to the hard drive of your Device. In this policy we use the term ‘cookie’ to mean any technology that is collecting information from your Device. The cookie will collect information relating to your use of our Application, information about your Device such as the Device ID, IP address and browser type, demographic data and, if you arrived at one of our apps via a link from a site other than the relevant App Store (including, but not limited to the iTunes App Store, Blackberry App World, Amazon Appstore, Nook Books, Google Play and/or the Windows App Store), the URL of the linking page. The information will be collected both when you are connected to the internet and when you are not. If you have purchased or otherwise obtained our Application and have elected to share information with us as part of that process, it may also collect your name and email address, which may be transferred to data processors for verification purposes or a third party ad server to measure your activity, such as interaction with an advert or purchase of a product.
2.2 A web beacon is a line of code which is used by a website or less frequently a third party ad server to measure a user’s activity, such as interaction with an advert or purchase of a product. A web beacon is often invisible because it is only 1 x 1 pixel in size with no colour. A web beacon can also be known as a web bug, 1 by 1 GIF, invisible GIF and tracker GIF.

2.4 We also include web beacons (also known as clear GIFs or web bugs) in our emails to track the success of our marketing campaigns. Our web beacons do not store additional information on your computer but, by communicating with our cookies on your computer, they can tell us when you have opened our email.
2.5 The information generated by a cookie deployed by us about your use of our Application (including your IP address) will be transmitted to and stored on servers owned or maintained by or on behalf of our service providers in the United States and/or United Kingdom. They may also transfer this information to third parties where required to do so by law, or where such third parties process the information on their behalf. By using our Application, you consent to the processing of data about you by those service providers in the manner and for the purposes set out above.
2.6 Cookies can be deleted from your hard drive or from the settings menu on your Device. To learn more about how to reject cookies, visit www.allaboutcookies.org or go to the help menu within your internet browser. If you experience any problems having deleted cookies, you should contact the supplier of your web browser.
2.7 If you would like to disable “third party” cookies generated by advertisers or providers of targeted advertising services, you can turn them off by going to the third party’s website and getting them to generate a one-time “no thanks” cookie that will stop any further cookies being written to your machine. 2.8 If you object to web beacons in emails, we recommend that you follow the instructions for deleting existing cookies and disabling future cookies above. We will still know how many of our emails are opened and we will automatically receive your IP address, a unique identifier of your computer or other access device; but we will not identify you as an individual.
Control of Abuse
It is important to us that everyone playing our Game plays fairly and we treat any abuse very seriously. We therefore take a number of measures intended to prevent abuse and ensure the smooth and uninterrupted performance of our Game. You therefore agree that we can monitor your computer closely to detect any kind of attempt to cheat and that we can also make use of “Active X” controls and other methods (or other technology) to ensure that our Game is played fairly.
How we use your information
By registering to become a Member, you agree that we may display the Username you select, and your scores and records achieved in playing the Game, and you further agree that in our promotional efforts we have the right to publish your Username and playing records in any media (newsletters, broadcasts, emails, etc.), without making any payment to you
We utilise e-mails and notifications to let you know of special promotions, events and policy changes. Important notices will be sent to your nominated email address as long as your Account is open, but you have the choice to opt-in or opt-out of receiving any promotional e-mails at any time by sending an email to that effect, to

Our compliance obligations
We do have the right to process and keep the personal data collected by our customers to comply with our legal obligations and responsibilities:
Self exclusion: in accordance to the social responsibility code 3.5.1 and 3.5.3, we are responsible for preventing our customers from gambling addictions, and to do so we do have the right to process and retain some datas.
Anti-money laundering: we have the legal obligation to collect, use and report datas in case of suspicion of illegal actions via our game. In that sense, we may have the right to not erase your datas and not be subject to automated decision making (Gambling Licence condition 12.1.1).
Problem gambling: we do have the right, in case a customer behaviour may indicate problem gambling, of using all relevant information we hold.
Prevention from collusion and cheating: in accordance to the Licence condition 2.3.1, we must collect and retain a record of relevant activities to facilitate investigation of collusion and cheating.
Access of your informations
You can obtain information regarding the data processed about yourself, but we do hold the right to retain these informations if it is to comply or in relation to legal obligations we have as a licensed gambling software.

How we use your datas

To gather statistical information on your and other customers’ usage of the BiiM application and website through analytics tools;
To prepare and display tailored marketing material and promotions;
To comply with our regulatory duties, obligations and responsibilities with relevant regulators;
To conform to legal requirements or comply with legal processes;
In the investigation of any unlawful, criminal or fraudulent activities related to the use of the BiiM services;
To monitor for unlawful, fraudulent, irresponsible or dangerous activity or any activity which breaches our Terms and Conditions.
